SALES

In-stock items will ship within 5 – 7 business days unless otherwise noted by customer service. Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Prices may be subject to change without notice. Goods will be ready to ship within the lead time specified. Lead times begin with receipt of payment and order details. Goods will ship when invoice is paid in full.

SHIPPING

ll in stock shipments are shipped in 5-7 business days.  Large furniture items may be delivered by ARCHER white glove delivery service.  We maintain our own delivery vehicles and delivery personal in order that our work be handled with appropriate caution and care. 

Some non-ARCHER products may be  cardboard carton crated and will be delivered freight "to the curb"  unless otherwise selected.  If you would like "White Glove Service" (inside delivery, installation and hauling away of packing materials) extra charges will apply.  In the case of large pieces, it is highly recommended you select White Glove Service as preferred method of delivery.

For deliveries to residence & office buildings with Certificate of Insurance requirements extra charges will apply and will be required to be paid before delivery.

All delivery costs and fees will be required to be paid, in full, prior to delivery.

RETURNS

"Stock" items may be returned within seven days of purchase for refund less 10% re-stocking.  After seven days, items may be returned for store credit.  After 30 days all sales are considered final.

Because of the hand-made nature of our custom furniture products, returns  on these items are not available.  If you are truly not satisfied with the product, please start a conversation and we will do everything in our power to fix the situation.

WARRANTY

ARCHER products are guaranteed for one year after receipt against defects in fit and/or finish. ARCHER will repair or replace defective components or product as it sees fit.

We are not responsible for the following:
Damage caused by improper cleaning solutions or methods.
Damage caused by installation or assembly by the customer's agent.
Damage caused by exposure to improper weather conditions, improper use or improper environment.
Any cost of installation, removal, or reinstallation.
Restoration or repair work.

All trademarks, images, graphics, text and other content are protected by worldwide copyright and other intellectual property laws, treaties and protections. You may not download (except where invited), reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, transmit, transfer, sell or modify any portion of this site without express written authorization from ARCHER.

All other brand names and trademarks are property of their respective owners.

PUBLICATION & REPRODUCTION

ARCHER allows publication and reproduction of images included on archermodern.com, but we ask that any such publication or reproduction cite the following credit under each image published or reproduced: Credit: ARCHER, Washington, DC

Publications with their own editorial standards or guidelines for credits and citations may use standards or guidelines but please contact us before publication.

We reserve the right to request that third-parties remove any images or other copyrighted materials at any time for any reason.

ONLINE

We kindly ask that any images reproduced online link back to the page on which they were originally found. Additionally, the photo credit mentioned above should also link to the page on which each image was found.

PRINT & BROADCAST MEDIA

We will happily provide print and broadcast media with any materials needed for stories which may include ARCHER or any items carried in the showroom. Journalists should contact us at info@archermodern.com so that we may assist in providing high-resolution images or any other assets needed for the story.
